We are looking for a player-coach to be our Head of Engineering. You will hold dual roles as a coach to the engineering team and a key hands-on contributor to product implementation. You will lead a team that builds and launches products our customers use everyday.

This is our first engineering leadership hire. You will define the boundaries of this role rather than inherit a pigeonhole. You will be key to our success.

Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow:

• The first nine months: 75% hands-on coding, 25% leadership/mentoring
• The following six months: 50% coding, 25% leadership/mentoring, 25% recruiting
• The following six months: 40% leadership/mentoring, 30% recruiting, 30% coding
