Interview Process
Initial phone screen
An initial conversation to evaluate a potential fit between you and the team. We will discuss your background, work experience, and we will share mutual expectations for the role.
Take-home coding exercise
A simple coding exercise to take home (e.g. build a small app). You will have a few days to complete it.
System design interview
A video interview to whiteboard a technical design with the team. No wrong or right answers, always a matter of justifying choices, tradeoffs, and being a constructive self-critic.
Behavior and culture interview
A casual conversation to evaluate your communication skills, your level of professionalism, and your ability to work with a team.
